We have previously reviewed a few Curli products and we are still very satisfied with the products. The Curli Vest Harness in Softshell and both leashes are in permanent use. Great, high quality and handy products for dogs which are thought through and will last long.

However, as a dog owner you will know that in some situations, there simply isn’t an alter- native. The retractable leash is one of curli’s rst products. When we needed a decent retractable leash ourselves, we trawled the specialist shops but found nothing suitable. We were espe- cially disappointed by the designs on o er. That’s why we created our own simple canvas one. The shape and design of the retractable leash is as small as possible in terms of ergonomics, so that the product is also as light as possible.
The result - a compact leash with maximum freedom of movement for your dog.

Review: So far, we only had one Retractable Leash within the 9 years of having Rocky and we didn't like it at all. I much prefer the curli Retractable Leash. One reason is that it has webbing instead of a typical rope. Rocky once got tangled around my legs in summer with his old Retractable Leash which then cut into my legs. Luckily, this cannot happen with the webbing of the curli Retractable Leash. Furthermore, the leash is very handy and I like the modest design.
I hope that more colours of the curli Retractable Leash will be available so that it can be colour matched with the rest of the set.
curli Placemat
Description of the curli Placemat: "You probably know from experience that it sometimes looks like a battlefield around your pet’s food bowl. This not only looks unappetizing but also means a lot of work to clean it up. Here at curli, we prefer to spend our time walking our dogs instead of mopping the floor, so we decided to develop a placemat that can be put down under food bowls to protect the floor and save on the cleaning up.
What was meant as a small project turned out to be one of our biggest challenges. The material needed to be flexible and the bottom had to be non-slip. The edges needed to be slightly raises, so nothing could spill.
Added to that, we wanted the mats to be machine washable. The project was bigger than we first thought – but our pride in the finished product matches our efforts. And to think, it was only a Placemat!

Rocky with his curli Placemat:
Review: The Placemat by curli is really brilliant. We previously already had a Placemat which we alienated, however, it permanently slipped around and also the dirt was not easily removed. I was unsure at first it was not too big for Rocky's rather small bowls, but I think it's good that it is a bit bigger. We also like the color. Rocky is not disturbed by it at all and he stands on the Palcemat without any problesm while eating. It is very easy to clean and it looks much more neat than before.
