Thirsty Milo
The Thirsty Milo is a portable/travel water bowl. It can hold up to 1.5 litres of water and measures about 26.7cm L x 18.9cm W x 8.4cm H. It is available on the Thirsty Milo website in 2 colours; Sunburst (orange/blue) and Pincress Pink (pink/purple). Furthermore, the Thirsty Milo is made out of durable plastic which makes it very
easy to clean as you can easily wash it with your dishes and even put
it in the dish washer (just remember to rinse it thourougly with fresh
water afterwards). I really like the fact that with the Thirsty Milo you will only have to bring along this one portable bowl rather than a bowl and a water bottle. The Thirsty Milo can be filled with water and screwed close so the water stays inside safely, cool and fresh. To use, the Thristy Milo will have to be simply placed on the ground and be unsrewed. It is also very easy to refill whenever needed. The handle also makes it very easy to take along on a walk. So no matter whether you are in the car, bus or train, or whether you are simply out all day in the park or at the beach, the Thirsty Milo is easy to take along and to store fresh and cool water for your pet.
My only criticism is that I would find it quite heavy to carry for a long period of time if it was completely filled with 1.5 litres of water. However, since water is safely stored inside the Thirsty Milo could still be put in a backpack or handbag which would make it easier to carry. As a suggestion, I think it would be great if the Thirsty Milo was available in differnt sizes as I think it is a bit big for a small dog like Rocky.
How did Rocky like the Thirsty Milo? He first was a bit unsure about the big orange Thirsty Milo and I had to confince him that it wasn't anything bad by placing some treats in the empty Thirsty Milo. I think that is a good way of getting a dog used to it. Once he figured it wasn't bad at all he was confident enough to drink out of it.
