I came accross the Yellow Dog Project and though I would share what it is about.
What is the Yellow Dog Project?
The Yellow Dog Project was created in order to raise awareness that some dogs need more space than others. In order to make other dog owners aware that your dog needs more space simply attach a yellow ribbon to the leash.
Reasons why dogs need some space might be:

- the dog is recovering from surgery
- the dog is sick
- the female is in season
- the dog is scared or nervous
- the dog is reactive towards other dogs
- the dog is old
The Yellow Dog Project has also brought out a poster in order to illustrate their mission:

I think this campaign is great and every dog owner should know about it!
