The Arnauti is waterproof and windproof with high breathability due to the fully welded seams. Next to the multitude of functional internal and external pockets incl. the removable treat bag, the jacket also has a tunnel pocket at the back. The integrated hood, the convenient 2-way zipper and the underarm ventilation make the Arnauti a highly functional Outdoor-Jacket. High visibility is warranted by the reflectors around the chest pockets and on the zippers of the tunnel pocket.

I have chosen the Owney-Ladies Parka "Arnauti" in the colour anthracite-green.
Front view
Two chest zipper pockets with reflektors.

Due to the velcro in the front pockets a treat bag can be attached.
The treat back in the front pocket.
The treat bag can be lidded via velcro and can be attached inside of the front pocket.
"OWNEY" is embroidered on the left chest side.
An OWNEY logo pendal is attached at the left sleeve.
An underarm ventilation is placed under each armpit which can be opened and closed via zipper and velcro.
The front zipper can additionally be closed bia velcro and press button.
The front zipper is covered with a fabric cover if the zipper should be closed right up to the chin.
Owney is embroidered in the zipper.
Green elements on the anthracite Arnauti Ladies Parka give a coloured accent.
The jacket is easily opened and closed with its two-way zipper.
An Owney Logo is sewn onto the inside.
The right inner side includes a mobile phone pocket, as well as two zipper pockets.
Above mobile phone poclet with small opening for headphones, as well as a sideward zipper pocket.

The left inner side includes a pocket for glasses, as well as a zipper pocket which is intended to be a dog bag reservoir.

In case of rain the Ladies Parka can be closed right up to the chin.

Review:
I think the Owney "Arnauti" Ladies Parka is a great long length jacket especially designed for walking a dog. It is great that this jacket is water- adn windproof and due to being long length it keeps you dry at the most important body parts. Furthermore, I especially like all the pockets. I always prefer zipper pockets and this jacket has a lot of zipper pockets whether chest pockets or all the inside pockets.
Moreover, I really like the wide choice of colours. The perfect collar is available for every lady; whether gaudy or simple.
Additionally, I really like that this Jacket comes with a removable treat bag so that treats can be stored in the designated bag rather than making the jacket pocket dirty.
The delivery was super fast and also the email contact was very quick (usually they will reply within 24h).
The only aspect which I was not too happy about is that size S is a merged size of 36 and 38. As I usually wear size 36 this jacket is a bit big for me as it also has to be suitable for ladies wearing size 38. Thus, I advice ladies who wear size 36 to rather get the smaller size (XS / 34). Generally, I think it would be better if the sizes 36 and 38 would be available as seperate sizes. Additionally, I think it would be nice if a drawsting cord would be at waistline so that the waistline could be underlined a bit more.
Overall, I think the Owney "Arnauti" Ladies Parka is a great jacket which contains everything important. It is a great length jacket, has many pockets and protects from wetness. A jacket that does not just look fashionable but is also very functional.
