The mode of action of amber against ticks
"Amber is a fossil resin which "matured" for several million years. Due to its origin as resin it contains essential oils. These essential oils unfold a scent which will be transferred onto the dog through constantly wearing it. The scent is usually perceived as pleasant by people, but ticks perceive it as repuslive.

Review: I am very pleased with the Zarafin Amber Necklace. It turned out to be exactly how I imagined it. The manufacturer, Gabi Güden, puts a lot of efford into fulfilling every individual customer's wish. Thus, I really like that a wide range of elements, such as gemstones, rhinestones and metal parts are available in order to design an individual Amber Necklace. I am also very happy with the quality as only materials with the best quality are used.
I can not yet review the effects against ticks as Rocky wears the Amber Necklace only for a short period of time. However, I am very curious about it already.
