We have received a package from France which contained a few
ChaDog Diffusion products. The products included 6 different "Dog Generation" Shampoos, 6 small "Dog Generation" Conditioners, "Oh My Dog!" Cleaning Wipes and an "Oh My Dog!" Doogy Mascot Magnet with one "Oh My Dog!" perfume extract.

Dog Generation Repairing Shampoo - Mango Extract

Shampoo Review
As Rocky is not getting full baths too often and only if it's really necessary, I was not able to actually use all the shampoos yet.
However, I have smelled all the shampoos and they smell great! As I am not a big fan of herby smelling shampoos (many dog shampoos do however smell herby), I was very happy with the Fruity Shampoo range because they really do smell fruity! I also especially liked the fresh smell of the Tawny & Brown Coat Shampoo.
I think it's great that there is a huge variety of shampoos available that are each created for a different purpose. There is for example anti-itching shampoo, repairing shampoo, volumizing shampoo and insect-repellend shampoo, as well as colour enhancing shampoos for black & dark coats, grey coats, tawny & brown coats, and white coats. So there is a Dog Generation shampoo for every coat and colour.
Another thing that I really like is that this shampoo has to be diluted before using it on the pet. When using it, 1 volume of shampoo has to be mixed with either 2 or 3 volumes of water (this is instructed on the back of each shampoo!) in order to obtain a total of 3 or 4 volumes of the solution. I think this procedure makes it actually easier to put the shampoo solution onto the dogs fur rather than directly applying the shampoo.
So overrall, I think the Dog Generation shampoo ranges are great.
Dog Generation Jojoba Oil Detangling Conditioner
Description of the Dog Generation Jojoba Oil Detangling Conditioner: "The creamy texture of the Jojoba conditioner contains all necessary
properties to take care of long hair. The formula has been especifically
designed to remove static electricity and to ease the untangling
process by straightening hair capsules.
Enriched with jojoba oil, it keeps the coat moisturised and reduces excesses of sebum.
Especially recommended for Yorkshire, Afghan Hound, Shih Tzu, Lhasa Apso …"
Ingredients: Aqua / Water, Cetyl Alcohol, Glycerin, Behentrimonium Chloride, Methoxy PEG/PPG-7/3 Aminopropyl Dimethicone, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Simmondsia Chinesis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Diazolidinyl Urea, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate, Parfum / Fragrance, Linalool.
Review: I think that the conditioner is great for long-coated dogs as I can see how untangling and managing the long hair can be difficult. I however think that the conditioner is not necessary for short haired dogs per se.
The Jojoba Oil Detangling Conditioner does nevertheless smell very pleasant.
Like the shampoos, the Jojoba Oil Detangling Conditioner has to be diluted using 1 volume of conditioner and 2 volumes of water in order to obtain a total of 3 volumes of the solution. Again, I really like this, as it makes it a lot easier to massage into the dogs fur.
So overall, I think it's a good product, but rather needed for long-haired dog breeds.
"Oh My Dog!" Cleaning Wipes
Description of the "Oh My Dog!" Cleaning Wipes: "Start the cleaning from the outside of the ears, then continue with the
coat and finish with the paws. The plum & vanilla fragrance has been
specially elaborated to match with the Oh My Dog! fragrance"
Ingredients: Aqua (Water), Glycerin, Parfum (Fragrance), Polysorbate 20, 1.2-Hexanediol, Caprylyl Glycol, Hexyl Cinnamal, Methyl-2 Octynoate, Citric Acid, Sodium Hydroxide, Methylisothiazolinone, Polyaminopropyl Biguanide, Tropolone.
Review: Over time I have become a fan of cleaning wipes. I just love how easy cleaning wipes are to use and rather than having to bath the whole dog, you can simply clean the areas that are dirty.
Even though the Oh My Dog! Cleaning Wipes can be used on the whole body, I have only used them on the ears and the paws, as those only really needed cleaning.
The smell is very pleasant even though I find it a bit strong at first. However, after the package is opened for a while the fragrance does decrease.
Overall, I think cleaning wipes are great as they are easy and quick to use without having to give a whole body bath to your dog.

Review: I think that the Doogy Magnet Mascot is cute and a fun idea as a gift.
As the Doogy is magnetic it can be attached to all sort of magnetic surfaces. It is also bendy so you can place it in different positions.
About the perfume; I have tried it on myself and it does smell very lovely. However, I personally don't like to have perfume on my dog as I love his natural sweet scent.
So overall, I think it's generally a fun little gift even though dog parfumes are not for us.
Overall Review
Overall I think the ChaDog Diffusion products are great. The brands Dog Generation and Oh My Dog! have a great variety of products available, and I especially like the shampoos and cleaning wipes.
The delivery was also very fast. I received my package within 4 days which I think is very quick considering it came from France.
So all in all, the products are great and delivery is super fast.
