KENNEL Outdoor Dog Harness


Description of the KENNEL Outdoor Dog Harness: "The robust KENNEL Dog Harness is the perfect harness for especially active dogs. It is made out of high quality, ultra-strong nylon fabric and has a soft, easy to clean neoprene inner lining in the chest and shoulder area. Thus, it is always soft on the skin and protects the coat.
With the additional chest pad, the pressure distribution in the chest area is a lot better supported. It therefore is especially suitable as a sport harness for jogging and running next to a bycicle. The fit is easily adjusted via the chest strap. The harness has to be pulled over the head. When the dog is measured it is important to measure the head circumference so that the harness can easily fits over the head.
All Kennel products are reflective and visible at night.

Available colours are orange, blue, green and purple.
The KENNEL Outdoor Dog Harness is available in 3 sizes; 30-50cm chest circumference (30cm neck circumference), 40-60cm chest circumference (40cm neck circumference) and 60-80cm chest circumference (60cm neck circumference)."

Review: As I first saw this Dog Harness I was a bit unsure how I would like it as the form is quite unique. I think the Harness fits Rocky really well. It has a lot of room around the neck and armpit area and therefore does not bother Rocky anywhere. Furthermore, the webbing band is quite wide and therefore does not cut in anywhere. I think the chest pad is a bit big but still ok. I really like the Rocky as it suits him well.
 
 
 
KENNEL Outdoor 2-in-1 Dog-Softshell Coat


Description of the KENNEL Outdoor 2-in-1 Dog-Softshell Coat: "The flexible 2-in-1 Dog-Softshell Coat with a removable fleece inner lining keeps your dog warm and try in all weathers. Thus, the Coat becomes an all year round Dog Coat. The Coat is water-repellent and breathable. It has elastic leg straps and can be perfectly adjusted to the dog's body via additional velcro straps. Due to two openings on the neck area, one can easily use a colour or harness under the Coat and can thus easily attach a lead. All Kennel products are reflective and visible at night.

Review: The KENNEL Outdoor 2-in-1 Dog-Softshell Coat unfortunately did not fit at all. It fitted well on the back as the back length was exactly according to Rocky's size and I also really liked that it is a 2-in-1 Coat so that it can be worn when it is raining on warmer days but also in winter when the temperatures are cold. Unfortunately I think that the Coat is cut too deep in the front and therefore firstly does not cover up the top part of the neck and secondly distrubingly hangs in front of the front legs. I am not sure if this is due to Rocky's size or form or due to the Coat itself. I also think it would fit a lot better if the front velcrop strip would be longer so that the Coat could be adjusted tigther around the front chest. Thus, it might would have fitted a lot better. I think that one has to try it on every individual dog in order to see if it fits or not.

Review: We have also received a KENNEL Outdoor Keyringas a little addition which fits the KENNEL Outdoor Dog Harness in colour. This is a promotional gift which is why there are not information on this on the Norska Website. I really like it whatsoever.

We have a DogBite Rain Jacket in brown and size 25 for Rocky.


The DogBite Rain Jacket is closed at the back via a Two-Way Zipper.

In order to keep the Rain Jacket dry, the Zipper is additionally closed via a cover with velcro.

A perfect fit is given by the two draw cords which are secured with a safety cover in order to avoid the loops getting stuck.

The Rain Jacket can be flexibly adjusted at the neck via velcro opening.

The practical hind leg loops keep the Rain Jacket close to the body at the back area.

Due to the Two-Way-Zipper a lead can be attached to a harness that is worn under the Jacket.

Review: I am more than happy with the DogBite Rain Jacket. It is very lightweight and thus also suitable for warmer days in order to keep the dog dry. Therefore, the DogBite Rain Jacket is also suitable for dogs with long and thick fur.
The Rain Jacket can moreover be easily dressed as it can be easily and quickly closed at the back. As it is also lightweight and thin, it adjusts perfectly to the dog body. I especially like that the Rain Jacket is equipped with sufficient reflection stripes in order to ensure safety in the dark. My favourite feature is that the dog can wear a harness under the Rain Jacket which is unfortunately not possible for many other dog jackets.
Rocky himself wore the DogBite Rain Jacket without any problems and seemed to have not really noticed it while walking. I also think the brown colour suits Rocky very well.

DogBite Softshell Jacket

Review: I am also more than happy with the DogBite Softshell Jacket. I really like the Softshell material of the Jacket as it is water- and windproof, yet it is at the same time very soft and thus especially suitable for dogs that do not accept slightly rustling jackets. The Softhshell Jacket is lined with fleece which makes the Softshell Jacket also suitable for cold days and keeps the dog war. The taking on and off the Softshell Jacket is furthermore very easy and quick which is very positive for impatient dogs. The Two-Way-Zipper allows for the dog to wear a harness under the Softshell Jacket which is my personal favourite feature of the Jacket. The all round reflection stripes offer an extra security in the dark.
Rocky liked wearing the Jacket and I think it suits him very well.

Overall Review

I am more than happy about the DogBite Dog Jackets. The Rain Jacket and the Softshell Jacket are really great. I especially like that the DogBite Dog Jackets are completely flexible and are individually adjustable at the neck, chest and belly. Thus, they adjust perfectly to the dog's body. Furthermore, a harness can be worn under the DogBite Dog Jackets which is very positive. Unfortunately we were unable to test the DogBite Winter Jacket, but I am sure that we would be similarly happy with it than we are with the Rain Jacket and the Softshell Jacket.
Overall, the DogBite Dog Jackets are all round thought through Dog Jackets which fit well due to the Flexible System!
