Some time ago I have written a post about the Lazy Lead by the Hundeschule Waldblick which I would like to get back to again.

I have received a second Lead by the Hundeschule Waldblick. The first Lead was the Lazy Lead Ruckzuck Halti for small dogs which had a Halti (Head collar) function which we however did not need.

 

The second Lead we have now received is the Lazy Lead Ruckzuck 8mm which I will write about in this post.

    

    

 

Lazy Lead Ruckzuck 8mm

Description of the Lazy Lead Ruckzuck 8mm: "A smart solution in order to switch between two length in a walking lead.

Just pull on the blue ball in order to lengthen the lead from 130cm to 230cm.

Just push the long end of the lead through the ring in order to shorten the lead again.

Only genuine with the blue bead

Advantages:
- quickly adjustable in length
- no metal rings or snap hooks in the hand area
- very comfortable and light

Available in the colours red and black."

Review: I think the Lazy Lead Ruckzuck 8mm is great. It is perfectly suitable for small dogs as the diameter is only 8mm. Furthermore, the snap hook is very small and light. I am very happy with the "Ruckzuck" functions as it is a great solution in order to quickly and easily shorten or lengthen a Lead. I also like that the Lead has a hand loop at the end so it is easy to hold when kept long.

An allround great Lead.

Review: I think the Lazy Lead Ruckzuck Halti for small dogs is great. The Lead is very quickly lengthened from 130cm to 230cm as you simply have to pull on the blue bead. The other way around, you simply have to push the long end of the leash through the ring in order to shorten it from 230cm to 130cm. The lead is furtheremore very light in weight and lays good in the hand. It is also great that no metal parts (snap hooks or rings) are in the hand area which could thus disturb. As Rocky himself does not wear head collars the seperate small lead is not important for us. Good is however that the seperate small lead can be attached to the main lead.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the Lead. Especially the very quick lengthening and shortening of the lead is great.
